Triathlete Privacy Policy

Triathlete respects your privacy. This policy describes what the app and related services collect, why, and how to reach us. Apple’s App Privacy label on the App Store is the short version of in-app data types.

Account

If you create an account, we store your email address, a display name you provide, and authentication identifiers. Sign in with Apple (and Google, if that option is enabled in your build) is handled through our authentication provider so we can sign you in without keeping your password.

You can delete your account from Profile in the app. Deletion removes the account and associated training records we store for that account.

Training data

To generate and show your plan we store athlete profile details you enter (such as race goal, availability, and baselines), the training plan, workouts, logged activities, and related metrics. This data is used to operate the product — plan generation, sync across your devices, and progress views.

Health and Watch

If you grant permission, Triathlete may read and write workout-related data through Apple Health and the Apple Watch companion so sessions can be recorded and shown in your training log. Health data stays under Apple’s Health permissions model. We use it to support training features, not to sell or advertise.

Location and weather

If you grant location access, the app may use your approximate location to fetch local weather for training context. You can deny or later revoke this in iOS Settings. Location is not required to use the core plan.

Analytics and diagnostics

We use product analytics to understand which features are used and to find crashes and bugs. Events are tied to the product (Triathlete) and, where applicable, an account identifier so we can debug signed-in issues. We do not sell this information.

Purchases

Optional subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive entitlement status (whether Pro is active), not your card number. Apple’s Standard EULA applies to those purchases.

Support

If you send feedback from the app or email triathlete@auttr.io, we receive the message content and any contact details you include so we can respond.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (for example authentication, database, and analytics services) solely to run Triathlete. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Contact

Privacy questions: triathlete@auttr.io or hello@auttr.io.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top of the page is the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
